Preparation:

  1. Prepare a large sauceboat with chicken stock.
  2. Boil the spaghetti with water and salt. When they are cooked, remove all the water.
  3. Place the cooked tomatoes, passed through a sieve, the 200 g of melted, clarified Cadí butter PDO and the Cadí cheese in a large soup tureen. Add the spaghetti, to which you can add, if you want, a little nutmeg and a pinch of white pepper.
  4. The chicken stock is served separately. If you wish, you can pour it on the spaghetti at the table in front of the guests.
