INGREDIENTS:
• 2 zucchini
• 150 g of sliced Cadí Original Cream cheese
• 150 g sliced York ham
• Extra virgin olive oil
• Dried oregano
• Salt and black pepper
• 1 teaspoon of spicy powder mix (hot paprika, chili powder, etc.)
• Skewer sticks

Zucchini skewers with Cadí Original Cream cheese and a spicy touch



PREPARATION:
• Wash the zucchini and cut them into thin slices lengthwise. Use a peeler or mandolin.
• Cut the York ham and Cadí Original Cream cheese into strips the same size as the zucchini slices.
• Place a slice of zucchini on the work surface.
• Overlap a strip of York ham and a strip of cheese.
• Roll carefully, forming hollow cylinders.
• Thread the rolls onto the skewer sticks.
• In a bowl, mix the olive oil with the oregano, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
• Brush the skewers with this mixture on all sides.
• Heat a griddle or skillet over medium high heat.
• Grill the skewers for 3–4 minutes on each side, or until the zucchini is golden brown and the cheese begins to melt.
• Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
