Cadí products have a very distinctive aroma, taste and texture – in short, they possess highly unique organoleptic properties. They are very lactic and creamy products that moreover offer optimum nutritional properties.

The high quality of the milk that we use to make all our products forms the base of our production of truly excellent butter and cheeses.

DAY-FRESH MILK


The milk is collected daily from our 65 Cadí Farms located in 35 villages of the regions of Alt Urgell and Cerdanya. It is transported directly to the Cadí production facilities in the town of La Seu d’Urgell so all our products are made with day-fresh milk.

All our Cadí products are made by traditional processes that have evolved with the support provided by technological developments, but we carefully continue to respect the time that each product requires to ensure its traditional quality and the natural fermentation times.

Pastures and fields where it all begins

We work the land and cultivate crops to maintain our ecosystem, to preserve our biodiversity and to produce good pastures and good fodder with which to feed our cows.

We collect the milk of our Cadí Farms every day

For the making of our products, our milk’s excellent quality is not the only essential feature. To ensure its absolute freshness, we collect the milk daily from our 65 Cadí Farms in 35 villages of the regions of Alt Urgell and Cerdanya.
