Indeed, our Cooperative is a community with a shared vision and the pride of belonging to a project that has a positive social, economic and environmental impact on our area. It is a project in which they can grow and develop from the personal and professional standpoints, while helping to advance towards the achievement of our collective goal.
This cooperative cross-cutting management model, which is committed to the welfare of our people and our area, is a legacy that we have the duty of keeping alive, and that guides us in the development of our teams of people and of our organization as a whole.
